Online Backup Software Download

MAC users without Snowleopard can directly download the client here:

MAC users with Snowleopard, before downloading the client, need to download a workaround for
described problem:
While running the registration wizard, the client is unable to connect to the
BackupAgent server on https.

This issue shall be resolved in the next release.

1. Download the following fix:
    http://www.green.ch/portals/0/downloads/Snowleopard_https_fix.zip
2. Extract this zip file to any location
3. Open terminal windows, by clicking on Spotlight and search for Terminal
4. Type command:

sudo ./Snowleopard_https_fix.sh

The script will return an error if the user has no administrative privileges.

It will run the following commands:

1. Open a terminal window
2. Enter the following commands (Remark: Replace {Application} with your whitelabel
    application name, for example Youronlinebackup)

sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.backupagent.agent.plist

sudo cp /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Home/lib/ext/
sunjce_provider.jar /Applications/OnlineBackup.app/Contents/Resources/Server/lib/sunjce_provider.jar

sudo launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.backupagent.agent.plist
3. Rerun the registration wizard
