- Office space for permanent use
- Dedicated emergency workspaces (permanently assigned to a specific customer, leasing agreements available)
- Shared emergency workspaces (shared workspaces, monthly leasing agreements)
Emergency workplaces: fully secured, ideally equipped.
The emergency workplaces are fully monitored and secured (entry control, surveillance cameras, fire and intrusion detectors). They all have an infrastructure than ensures uninterrupted communication in an emergency situation and are compatible with the following requirements: SEC 17a-4, Sarbanes-Oxley, MiFID, SB 1386, Basel II, Check 21, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act, Patriot Act, and HIPAA. Other equipment can be provided on request. Use of all common areas such as conference rooms, kitchen, and cafeteria is included.
