Multi-stage virus protection
|
SAll elements (e-mails, attachments, entries in public folders, etc.) are checked for viruses by the multi-stage virus protection. You are ensured of fast, up-to-the-minute protection.

Multi-stage spam filter
|
The mail platform from green.ch uses two-stage spam blocking.
The intelligent messaging processor (IMP) makes up the first stage. It protects the platform against known spammers and other spam-related dangers. The IMP constantly compares mail senders with multiple spam databases and black lists. If a sender address is found in such a black list, mails from that sender are immediately blocked. Mails containing links to such addresses (URL) are also blocked.
Within the mail platform, the spam filter automatically tests every mail for potential spam. If any of the criteria are found, then the mail is marked by adding the text [SPAM?] to the subject line. Such marked e-mails can be immediately moved to the junk mail folder or, depending on the user's definition, immediately deleted.

Daily, multiple backup of all data using snapshot mirroring, and daily transfer to external data storage media.
Restoring of deleted elements up to 30 days after deletion (Outlook 2010 function).
