To ensure smooth greenDSL startup, we recommend on-site installation carried out by a green.ch installation partner.

The base fee includes the following installation services:
- Travel to customer (within 50 km radius)
- Integration into existing installation
- Installation and configuration of DSL router
- Test and startup of DSL connection
The base fee does not include the following services:
- Any and all hardware components
- Any additional installation work and materials such as cables, plugs, etc.
- Installation and configuration of other systems and hardware

All hardware components, installation material, and additional work not included in the base fee will be invoiced separately.

Services provided by the installation partner above and beyond those included in the base fee will be invoiced by the installation partner directly.

The installation date will be set in advance by the green.ch installation partner. The order for installation is binding.
|
|
Any costs arising from last-minute rescheduling of dates or cancellations on the part of the customer will be invoiced.
