Netviewer

Netviewer allows our employees to access your desktop for support reasons. Access takes place in an absolutely secure environment and only for the period of time you allow.

The parties can both see the same screen live, thus grant each other execution rights and go through and make settings together.

By default, green.ch support works in the view-only mode and only sees the applications that you share with them. If necessary, you can grant green.ch support execution rights, so that you are able to work together to make the needed settings. You can withdraw execution rights at any time.
