SMTP Firewall Upgrade

We will upgread our SMTP Firewalls due to a high Spam volume.

In the same way we have to set a rate limit of 250 Emails per user and per hour.

Also we have to make sure that at the shared domains such as tic.ch, iprolink.ch etc. the user name and the sender address are the same. It means that the authenticated user must be the from user.

Failure in eMail System

Currently there is a failure in sending and receiving emails.

We are working with high pressure for the solution.

Migration of the surf subscriptions

On this weekend from august 20th until sunday 22th we will migrate our surf subscriptions on a new administration platform.

For this reason, the administrationconsole "https://admin.green.ch" is not accesible any more.

From monday on (august 23th), you will be able to manage your email users on the new administration tool.

Migration DSL Accounts

Over the weekend from August 14 th until August 16 th we migrate the customers DSL Accounts on a new internal platform.

There are no interuptions expected.
