More important are the people behind the company – manning the phone, dealing with technology, or coordinating the chat room. With our committed team and several decades of experience, we are always here for you. Get to know our senior management team:
Roger Süess studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil (HSR) and went on to work in the industry and as a consultant. He has about twenty years of experience in IT banking which he gained in management positions at both Credit Suisse and, most recently, at UBS. There he was responsible for the cloud strategy and its implementation in his capacity as Managing Director and Head of the Cloud Business Office. At UBS he was also in charge of managing the Swiss and EMEA infrastructure regions before joining Green in 2019.
Pius Grüter is an IT engineer and was co-owner and a member of the founding team of TIC The Internet Company, which merged with Green in 2008. Since the merger, he has been heading the retail business and is a member of the senior management team. For the past 10 years he has continued to develop Green as an internet and cloud service provider. He and his team share an unwavering passion for technology and its uses for the 100,000 Green customers.
Andrea Luigi Campomilla
Andrea Luigi Campomilla holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration and an EMBA in International Management. He brings over twenty years of professional experience in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers. He is one of the most distinguished data center experts in Switzerland. As an accredited Tier Designer by the renowned Uptime Institute he pays special attention to sustainable and energy-efficient construction standards for data centers. In March 2020 Andrea Luigi Campomilla became Chief Operating Officer Green where he is responsible for data center construction and operation as well as deployment and security.
Patrik Hofer studied business administration and has been working in the telecommunications industry for over twenty years. He has worked as Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Strategic Alliance Manager and Head of Wholesale. As CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors, he ensured growth for Nexphone AG. Furthermore, he supported technology companies with his extensive knowledge as an independent project manager. In addition to his technical knowledge, Patrik Hofer is also skilled in organizational development, coaching, and communication. He has been CIO at Green since 2019, where he is responsible for internal IT systems and manages corporate IT, which consists of the server and network operations team and the business customer service team.
Alexander Eberle studied economics before completing further training as a Swiss certified auditor. As Head of Controlling and Finance, he worked in the SME and the IT sector before being appointed Financial Controller at British American Tobacco, with an international remit. In 2014, he joined the Green management team assuming responsibility for the fields of finance and HR.
CMO / CSO
Marco Stadler holds an Executive MBA in International Management and is a Swiss certified electrical engineer. He possesses extensive expertise in the IT systems and solutions business which he acquired in his previous roles, including as Director of Sales and Presales at Ascom Switzerland as well as in various positions at IBM Switzerland. From 2014 to 2018, Marco Stadler headed the North American business of the Swissphone Group, where he already had been a member of group management since 2011. In 2018, Marco Stadler joined Green where he is responsible for the Sales, Presales and Marketing departments of the company’s data center business.
Heidrun Meier Jehle
Heidrun Meier Jehle holds a MAS in Human Resource Management FH. She has fifteen years of professional experience as well as broad expertise in the field of human resources, which she acquired in various companies, including Sulzer and DHL. Most recently, Heidrun Meier Jehle worked as a human resources manager in the Department of Finance and Resources of the Canton of Aargau. Since 1 January 2020, Heidrun Meier Jehle is responsible for the Human Resources department of Green.

Chairman of the Board, National Councilor
From the very beginning of his career, Franz Grüter has worked in the IT and telecommunications sector. This certified electrotechnician has co-founded and co-owned several Internet companies, one of which – TIC The Internet Company – merged with Green in 2008. He was instrumental to the company entering the data center business and actively promoted the development of this sector. Since 2015, Franz Grüter has served as a National Councilor in the Swiss parliament and is Vice-President of the ICTswitzerland umbrella organization.
Member of the Board
Ashley Davis has a MSc in Intelligent Building Design from Reading University and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow with the IET. Ashley has spent much of his career in Financial Services, responsible for the design and program management of Mission Critical facilities spanning HQ buildings and corporate data centre portfolios. Most recently Ashley was a Managing Director with UBS, responsible for data centre strategy and prior has worked for JPMC, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and managed a consulting business. Ashley has been involved in the data centre industry as both a consumer and developer of facilities.
