During the migration, your website and e-mails may have limited accessibility. We aim to complete the migration safely and restore normal status as soon as possible.

Your task before the migration


Do you own domains whose DNS zone is not managed by Green?

We recommend that you coordinate this with your provider at an early stage and have the DNS update time (TTL) set to a minimum (TTL 3600 or 1 hour).Please take into account that without this adjustment, uninterrupted operation of the services is not possible.

You do not have to adjust domains whose registration and DNS zone are managed by Green; we will do this for you.

After the migration, the new customer portal is available at https://my.green.ch.You can use the customer portal to directly access the control panel to manage your websites and domains. For the first login in the customer portal https://my.green.ch you need to set your password.

  • Click Reset password.
  • Enter your customer number and the code shown in the picture and click on Send link again.
  • You will receive an e-mail for resetting your password to your registered e-mail address.

After the migration, the new control panel of your web hosting is available.
Create and manage your databases, FTP access, e-mail accounts, PHP settings or the web application firewall in one place.
You can access the Control Panel directly from your my.green.ch customer portal.

How to get to the control panel: Instructions

The modern Webmailer 2020 replaces your previous webmail. The new login page for Webmailer 2020 can be found in our login portal, directly in the control panel or at https://webmail.swisshosting.ch.

All data which are stored on our servers will be transferred. So the data that is also available to you via the previous webmail.
