Which is the right web hosting package for me?
If you still don’t have any experience in website building and want to put together a simple homepage, we recommend starting off with the smallest package. If you want to expand your website, you can then upgrade this at any time.
As a guide, all web hosting packages are shown with a recommendation. Large, more complex websites and a high visitor volume slow down loading times. In this case, we recommend opting for a larger web hosting package to keep your loading speeds more user-friendly.

What do I have to consider regarding data protection?
From September 1, 2023, the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) will apply to all website operators. To ensure that your data is secure, all web hosting packages at Green include a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate free of charge. In addition, you can easily conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Green if you process personal data.

How long will it take to receive my web hosting credentials?
Once Green receives your payment, you will receive the login details for your control panel by email. There, you will find all the credentials you need, for example, for setting up your emails and start creating your website.
