Our Management

Roger Süess studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil and worked in the industry and as a consultant. He has about twenty years of experience in IT banking which he gained in management positions at Credit Suisse and at UBS. In his capacity as Managing Director and Head of the Cloud Business Office, he was responsible for the UBS cloud strategy and its implementation. He also managed the Swiss and EMEA infrastructure regions before joining Green in 2019.

Anna Arai holds an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School and is a Certified Management Accountant in the US. She brings in more than 20 years of international financial experience gained in Oil & Gas, Pharma, PE and VC, Biotech, and CPG industries. During her time with PE and VC, she supported multiple companies on the exponential growth path by setting up scalable financial organizations. She joined Green in October 2022.

Andrea Luigi Campomilla holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration and an EMBA in International Management. He brings over twenty years of experience in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers. He is an accredited Tier Designer  and one of the most distinguished experts in Switzerland. In March 2020 Andrea Luigi Campomilla became Chief Operating Officer at Green where he is responsible for data center construction and operation as well as deployment and security.

Pius Grüter is an IT engineer and was co-owner and a member of the founding team of TIC The Internet Company, which merged with Green in 2008. Since the merger, he has been heading the retail business and is a member of the senior management team. For the past 10 years he has continued to develop Green as an internet and cloud service provider. He and his team share an unwavering passion for technology and its uses for the 100,000 Green customers.

Marco Stadler holds an Executive MBA in International Management and is a certified electrical engineer. He possesses extensive expertise in the IT systems and solutions business which he acquired at Ascom and IBM Switzerland among others. From 2014 to 2018, he headed the North American business of the Swissphone Group, where he became a member of group management in 2011. In 2018, he joined Green where he is responsible for presales and sales of the company’s data center business.

Birgit Weische has an MAS in Public Administration and in International Business Law, and a DAS in Human Resource Management. She has spent the last 15 years as an HR manager at national and international companies, and has managed projects relating to organizational development, personnel development and restructuring. With 11 years at Hewlett-Packard under her belt, two of them spent as Head of HR, she is intimately familiar with the IT industry. Since December 2021, she has led Green’s HR department as the CHRO.

Christian Meier started his professional career as a civil engineer HTL. He then completed a second education as a systems engineer and holds an executive master degree in business administration with more than 20 years of IT experience in various industries such as insurance, banking and the software industry. He developed forward-looking IT strategies to implement complex tasks such as improving process flows, operating models, automations and led transformation and change projects. As CIO since March 2023, he plays a leading role in Green's growth strategy and is responsible for the entire area of our corporate IT as well as the complex IT requirements that data center solutions demand.

Marietta Hersche holds an MAS in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Basel and a CAS in Brand Leadership. She has over 30 years of experience in marketing, communication and sales. She has gained her extensive experience in a wide range of industries. In doing so, she has led the marketing and communications sector into the digital age and played a leading role in setting up ESG, change and transformation projects. As CMO at Green, she is responsible for marketing, communications, product management and ESG.

From the beginning of his career, Franz Grüter has worked in the IT and telecommunications sector. The certified electrotechnician co-founded and co-owned several Internet companies, one of which – TIC The Internet Company – merged with Green in 2008. He was instrumental to the company entering the data center business and actively promoted the development of this sector. As councilor, he is also a member of parliament and he is also vice-president of the ICTswitzerland umbrella organization.

Ashley Davis has an MSc in Intelligent Building Design and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow ofthe IET. He has spent much of his career in financial services, responsible for the design and program management of mission critical facilities spanning HQ buildings and corporate data center portfolios. Most recently he was a Managing Director at UBS, responsible for data center strategy. Ashley has been involved in the data center industry as both a consumer and developer of facilities.
