Roger Süess is Chief Executive Officer of the Green Group, where he leads the company’s strategic direction and operations  in Switzerland and across Europe. He also chairs the boards of Green Datacenter AG and green.ch. AG.He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil.

Roger brings decades of experience leading mission-critical IT infrastructure and complex technology organizations in the global banking industry. He previously served as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at UBS, with responsibility for IT across Switzerland and the EMEA region. International assignments in the United States, Asia, and Europe have shaped his global perspective and network.

Since joining Green as CEO in 2019, he has led the company’s growth strategy. He serves as President of the Swiss Data Center Association and is a member of the Swiss Employers’ Association.

Anna Arai holds an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School and is a Certified Management Accountant in the US. She has more than 20 years of international financial experience gained in oil & gas, pharma, PE and VC, biotech, and CPG industries. During her time in PE and VC, she supported multiple companies on the exponential growth path by setting up scalable financial organizations. She joined Green in October 2022.

Jürg Baur has many years of international management experience at companies including UBS, Credit Suisse, General Electric and General Motors/OnStar. In recent years, he has led global IT and transformation divisions in the banking sector, contributing to major initiatives such as UBS’s public cloud strategy and the integration of technology services following the acquisition of Credit Suisse. Most recently, he was globally responsible for Application Support & Reliability and ensured the stability of business-critical systems. As Chief Corporate Services Officer/Chief of Staff (CCSO) and a member of the senior management team, Jürg Baur will be responsible for IT, Transformation, HR and Legal at Green as of August 2026.

Chris Keller has many years of international leadership experience in the technology industry. Most recently, as Managing Director Europe Central at Amazon Web Services (AWS), he was responsible for the cloud and AI business in Switzerland, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, he worked closely with companies of all sizes and sectors, and supported them in implementing their digital transformation and innovation strategies. He has previously held management positions at Apple and Hewlett Packard. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and a member of the senior management team, Chris Keller will be responsible for all customer-related areas at Green as of August 2026. These include Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Management and ESG.

Andrea Luigi Campomilla holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration and an EMBA in International Management. He brings with him over twenty years of experience in the planning, construction and operation of data centers. He is an Accredited Tier Designer and one of the most distinguished experts in Switzerland. He became Chief Operating Officer at Green in March 2020 and heads the departments of Data Center Engineering, Service Management Excellence, Operations, and Security.

Markus Meier is a certified construction executive (SBA) with over 25 years of experience in managing complex construction projects and holding senior leadership roles at leading construction companies. As the former CEO of a major construction firm and a board member of an internationally operating company, he brings strategic vision and deep industry expertise to his role. Since May 2025, he has served as a member of the Executive Board at Green, where he is responsible for the Construction division. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive knowledge in data center development, structured project governance, and the application of advanced planning methodologies such as Virtual Design and Construction (VDC).

Heiko Siats holds a state-certified degree in Building Services Engineering, complemented by advanced qualifications in Business Administration, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans Hogeschool B.V. This unique combination of technical expertise and business leadership enables him to bridge engineering excellence with strategic management. With over 20 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in operating and developing critical infrastructure in sectors such as air traffic safety, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, and data centers. Since August 2025, Heiko Siats has been Managing Director of Green Datacenter Germany GmbH, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion into the German market. In this capacity, he is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term vision and driving operational performance across all areas of the business.

Pius Grüter is an IT engineer and was co-owner and a member of the founding team of TIC The Internet Company, which merged with Green in 2008. He has  headed the retail business since the merger and is a member of the senior management team. For the past 10 years he has continued to develop Green as an internet and cloud service provider. He and his team share an unwavering passion for technology and using it to support the 100,000 Green customers.
