How much does it cost to make a call over the fixed network?
With Green, you benefit from low rates. You can make calls from as little as CHF 0.03 per minute to the Swiss fixed network or from CHF 0.22 per minute to the Swiss mobile network. Calls to the Green telephone network are free of charge. Do you make more calls? Then a flat rate with included minutes is worthwhile, starting at just 9.90 per month.

Can I order fixed-line telephony without an internet connection?
You need an internet connection from Green to use Green's fixed-line telephony. In return, you receive the telephone connection free of charge with the internet subscription.

Can I keep my number?
Yes, you can transfer your landline number to Green. However, if your fixed-line number has been disconnected or canceled for more than 14 days, the number cannot be transferred.

What means VoIP telephony, IP telephony or internet telephony?
The terms VoIP telephony, IP telephony or internet telephony mean the same thing. Today, telephone calls are made digitally via the internet connection and no longer via an analog telephone connection. The voice signals are converted into data packets and transmitted via the internet. You connect your telephone directly to the router via cable. You connect your cordless phone directly to the router's DECT station with just a few clicks.
