Order the installation service by completing and submitting the form.
2. Appointment
Cablex will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment for the installation.
3. Installation
Your Green internet will be installed by a Cablex expert on the agreed date.
Terms and conditions
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance directly with Cablex. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a travel fee (CHF 85.-) will be charged. If the appointment is canceled on site or the customer is not present, an additional fee of (CHF 30.-) will be charged in addition to the travel fee.
