Green project managers advise on the selection of specific security solutions and racks, such as adding security racks, other locking systems, EMP protection or additional video surveillance. Your data connections are individually planned and implemented.
Business continuity
Beyond operation, we offer complete concepts for comprehensive business continuity management. We provide specific workspaces and emergency workstations for customers at various sites.
Remote und Smart Hands
Do you need on-site support? Remote Hands perform simple maintenance tasks according to customer instructions. For more complex tasks, we deploy trained technicians and coordinate the order with you.
Additional communication infrastructure
If you prefer to manage your networks yourself, we provide the necessary infrastructure i.e. dark fiber or patch connections in our communication rooms to your racks, carriers or cloud providers.
Audits
Our data centers and processes hold various certifications, such as ISO standards for information security and energy management. Upon request, we provide an ISAE 3402 audit report confirming the effectiveness of our control processes and safeguards. Customers may also conduct their own on-site audit.
