Restrictions when Sending Newsletters

The following restrictions are currently in place in our system in order to limit spam abuse:

  • A maximum of 50 recipients can be entered per email and message. If this value is exceeded, we cannot guarantee that the message will be delivered correctly.
  • The maximum number of messages that can be sent per hour is limited for each email user and hosting package. The number varies depending on the hosting package subscribed to. The exact figures can be found in the fact sheet on our product page.
  • All outgoing messages are checked by the spam filter. It is possible that the message will be rejected if it is suspected of being spam.
  • The maximum file size (including attachments) must not exceed 100MB. For technical reasons, we recommend that the message does not exceed 72MB in size..
  • If the storage limit is exceeded (mailbox 100% full), the mailbox will be deactivated until the storage limit is adjusted or storage space is freed up in the mailbox.
  • If the restrictions are disregarded, the mailbox may be deactivated. When logging into the webmail, the message No mailbox selected appears. To reactivate the mailbox, a new password must be set.

NotePlease note that we cannot make any exceptions to these restrictions.
