GreenTV: Create a login for the website and app

To use your TV service with Green, you must first create a login for the TV service in your customer portal. This guide explains how to do that.

Log in to the my.green.ch customer portal using your MY user and the corresponding password.

In your customer portal, under the “Internet Access” section, click the “WebTV” button.

Click the magnifying glass icon on the left to select the TV subscription for which you want to activate WebTV.

Check the box next to “WebTV Active.”

Note: Use a valid email address and a secure password. Without an activated WebTV login, it is not possible to sign in to the GreenTV app and WebTV.

Please observe the guidelines for a secure password.

Then click the Save button.

Download the app to your device or log in on the website at tv.green.ch using your created username and password.
