Connection and configuration of your router to the existing in-home installation.

* Installation Service Terms
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations are free of charge if made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment directly with Green.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a travel fee of CHF 100.– will be charged.
- If the appointment is canceled on-site or the customer is not present, an additional handling fee of CHF 45.– will apply on top of the travel fee.
Additional Costs Depending on Effort
Please note that depending on the on-site conditions, additional services may be required and will be charged as follows:
- Outdated telephone sockets or installations may incur extra labor and material costs.
- Additional installation effort: CHF 45.– per 15 minutes.
- DSL connections: If the internal wiring needs to be properly connected, an additional CHF 45.– will be charged.
