What are the payment options?
By invoice
Invoices are sent by email by default. You can easily scan the QR code or transfer the amount via e-banking. If needed, the invoice delivery method (email or post) can be updated at any time in the customer portal under "Customer details". Additionally, you can view all open and settled invoices in your customer portal. Outstanding invoices can also be paid directly at any time via my.green.ch using the online payment method of your choice.

eBill
With eBill you receive, manage and pay your invoices electronically. You save time, paper and money - no more typing in reference numbers. The bills are transmitted directly to your e-banking. After you have checked the invoice, you can release it for payment directly. Executed payments are archived in e-banking.
