Website Statistics

All domains and subdomains gather statistics about your webpage visitors. You may access these stats inside of your Web & Mail Contron Panel. This guide will show you, how to proceed in order to gain access to your web statistics page.

Important note:

The URL for the statistics page is:
“yourdomain”/plesk-stat/webstat-ssl/

For Windows hosting, the URL is instead:
“yourdomain”/plesk-stat/webstat/

Load the Statistics Page

Sign in to the customer portal using your MY user and password.

Navigate to the Web & Mail Control Panel.

Accessing the Web & Mail Control Panel

On the overview page, on your left-hand navigation pane, click on Statistics.

Click on the green button Open Statistics. You will now be presented with a Pop-Up-Window.

Use your primary FTP User and password in order to sign-in.

The click on the button Sign-in.

If you are no longer certain of your FTP password, you must set a new one. Follow this guide that will show you how to set a new password for your FTP user.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

After you've successfully logged in you will be shown a website with a URL name of your domain and the path '/plesk-stat/webstat-ssl/'

NotePlease make sure that your website has a valid SSL certificate. Missing a valid certificate may lead to an error message.

Activate SSL Certificate

Congratulations! You have now access to your statistics page.

Note: The statistics page is currently only available in German.
