Key Points at a Glance
Invoices must be paid
By ordering a product or subscription, you enter into a contract with green. Outstanding invoices must be paid on time. If invoices are not paid, the contract does not end automatically.
Contracts must be cancelled
If you no longer wish to use a product or subscription, you must cancel it properly. Stopping payments does not constitute a cancellation. Different contract and cancellation periods apply depending on the product. The applicable contractual provisions of the respective product are decisive.
Subscriptions renew automatically
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable contractual provisions, subscriptions remain active until they are properly cancelled. If no cancellation is submitted within the required period, the subscription will be renewed in accordance with the applicable contractual conditions.
Keep customer data up to date
Please report changes to your address, email address, telephone number, company name, or other contract-relevant information as promptly as possible. This ensures that important information and invoices can be delivered correctly.
Report disruptions and problems
Report service disruptions or technical issues as quickly as possible. This allows errors to be analysed and resolved more efficiently.
Responsibility for devices and software
You are responsible for your own end devices, software, licences, and their configuration. To ensure that services function correctly, computers, smartphones, routers, and other devices must be operated properly and be in good technical condition.
Secure passwords and account protection
Use strong, unique passwords and protect your login credentials from unauthorised access. Compromised websites, email accounts, or passwords can not only damage your own account but may also affect other customers. For example, hacked accounts can lead to spam distribution, server overload, or blacklist listings. This can affect the delivery of emails and the operation of services. This is part of the obligation to use services properly and responsibly.
Use services lawfully
green services may only be used in accordance with the applicable terms of use and legal requirements. Misuse, spam distribution, attacks on systems, or other unlawful activities are not permitted.
Violations may result in suspension or termination
Anyone who violates contractual obligations or terms of use risks suspension of services or immediate termination of the contractual relationship.
