Change Customer Details
In the customer portal you have the option of adjusting your customer address, billing method and subscription as well as viewing your current invoices and amongst others.
Customer address
You can customize your address, billing address and shipping address at any time. However, the customization of the name (private) or company is not possible. This is a change of ownership, which you can request via the contact form.
Invoices
Your open and already paid invoices are visible here. With the help of the filter the invoices can be sorted by subject, subscription and date.
Invoice dispatch type
Note: If you choose to have your invoice sent by post, there will be an additional billing fee of CHF 3 per paper invoice sent.
New subscription
The available products are listed here. If your desired product is not listed, you can order it separately via our website.
Manage subscriptions
All active subscriptions are listed here. If any changes or adjustments are pending, this will be indicated in the status.
