Cancellation of services in my.green.ch

You can request to cancel your Green services quickly and easily in your my.green.ch customer portal.

Please note that as an existing customer we can also make you an attractive offer for a contract extension. Please contact us for this purpose under the telephone number 056 460 23 23 . Our customer service will be happy to advise you about our current products and make you an individual offer according to your needs.

If you still would like to cancel your service, log in with your MY username and password at my.green.ch. Instructions on how to reset your password can be found here .

Once you have successfully logged into my.green.ch. Select "My tickets" in the customer area under settings

Then click on the "Create ticket" button

Then enter an individual subject for your request and select Cancel subscription in the Reason for request field below. 

Under Selected subscription, select the subscription you wish to cancel.

In the white field "Problem description" we ask you to list in as much detail as possible or to explain exactly which services are to be cancelled.

Under Reason for termination, please select the reason.

Once you have filled in all the fields, click on Create Ticket to submit your request.

After a few minutes you will receive an email confirmation with the ticket number under which we will answer your cancellation request.
